By ordering from vgsaveur.com, you agree to these terms.
- Who we are. vgsaveur.com is run by VG Saveur, 494 Kritsadanakhon 20, Moo 11, Soi Nopparat 20, Borommaratchachonnani Road, Sala Thammasop, Thawi Watthana, Bangkok 10170, Thailand.
- Orders. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
- Prices and payment. Prices are in Thai baht. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. We accept bank transfer, PromptPay and credit card.
- Discount codes. Each code is valid only for the period and conditions stated with the offer. Codes have no cash value and can't be applied to past orders.
- Products. Our butter is made without cow's milk. Always read the ingredients and allergen information on the label before use. Keep refrigerated and use by the date on the pack.
- Delivery, cancellations and refunds. These are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.
- Our responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect storage after delivery, or by delays outside our control.
- Your information. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The version on our website when you place an order applies to that order.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
