How do the welcome codes work?

Sign up with your email and you get two codes. BUTTER15 takes 15% off any order. BAHT100 takes ฿100 off when you have 2 or more items in your cart. Both work together on the same order, once per customer.

Does delivery cost more if I buy more?

No. Delivery is one fee per order: ฿150 in Bangkok and ฿200 everywhere else, and it's free on orders of ฿580+ in Bangkok and ฿700+ elsewhere. Bangkok orders over 3 kg are ฿250. See delivery details for areas.

Salted or unsalted?

Choose unsalted for baking, pastry, sauces and seasoning control. Choose salted for toast, sandwiches, vegetables, pasta, pan cooking and finishing hot dishes.

When will my order arrive?

Order before 1:00 PM Bangkok time for same-day chilled delivery in Bangkok where available. Orders after 1:00 PM go out the next day.

How should I store it?

Keep it in the fridge at 0–5°C. If it arrives frozen, leave it in the fridge for 6–7 hours before use. Unopened, it keeps for 365 days.
