Shipping policy

VG Saveur ships chilled dairy-free butter within Thailand. We deliver every day, including Sundays.

Bangkok

• Delivery is ฿150 for orders up to 3 kg (฿250 for 3–15 kg).
• Free delivery on orders of ฿600 or more (up to 3 kg).
• Order before 1 PM (Bangkok time) for same-day chilled delivery where capacity allows. Later orders go out on the next delivery day.

Outside Bangkok (all other provinces)

• Delivery is ฿200.
• Free delivery on orders of ฿700 or more.
• We confirm the chilled or frozen delivery option with you before dispatch. If you'd rather not go ahead, we cancel and refund the order in full.

Discounts

• With code BAHT100, orders of 2 or more items get ฿100 off.

When your order arrives

• Please put the butter in the fridge as soon as it arrives.
• Make sure someone can receive the parcel and that your phone number is correct. If a delivery fails because no one could be reached, a redelivery fee may apply.
